From the Colombian capital of salsa, we bring to you the art of combining the pleasures of the palate with the experience of the performing arts. As its name suggests, Pizza Al Paso (Pizza on the Move) is a restaurant that offers delights for all senses.
Pizza Al Paso is a restaurant in the city of Cali, Columbia, that combines good food with dance, theater and music. For several years, it has been one of the first restaurants to adopt the artistic and cultural events of the city as part of its menu offerings. Their guests on stage range from local orchestras, groups of Andean musicians, rock and jazz bands as well as theater and contemporary dance troupes.
The main objective of the restaurant is not to serve dishes, but to create a holistic act, or rather to realize the concept of sensory integration for a total experience. Through the various art forms, and of course, the food, the mere act of digestion becomes a holistic event.
Each week, guest artists take the stage and become part of a recreational and cultural integration.
