The Indie Food Project is dedicated to the analysis and dissemination of news and information on the sustainable and gourmet food culture. Our content is intended to open the eyes of the reader beyond the dish, the chef and the restaurant to propose a broadening of the culinary horizon that embraces gastronomic awareness and responsibility.
